Alison focuses on releasing soft tissue restrictions, which allows for greater tissue mobility and flexibility.

Alison uses myofascial techniques to unwind body imbalances that have developed. She addresses these imbalances through using:

Myofascial Release Techniques, Soft Tissue Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulations, Muscle Energy Techniques and Joint mobilizations.
